1. About Us

CGP Creators Corner (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by 14637011 Canada Inc. o/a Country Girl Productions, a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada, with its principal place of business in Ontario, Canada.

By accessing or using cgpcreatorscorner.com(the “Site”) or any of our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or purchase products. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

An account is required to purchase products and to access the CGP Script Editor. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Products: Templates

We offer digital templates including film and television pitch decks, production templates, and marketing materials designed for filmmakers and creators (“Templates”).

License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Template for personal and commercial client projects. You may modify Templates after making a copy to your own account.

Restrictions

• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute Templates as standalone products.
• You may not claim original authorship of unmodified Templates.
• You may not use Templates in a manner that infringes third-party rights.

5. Products: CGP Script Editor

The CGP Script Editor is a cloud-based screenplay writing tool available via annual subscription.

Ownership of Your Scripts

You retain full ownership of all scripts and content you create using the Script Editor. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your scripts.

License to Operate the Service

By storing scripts on our platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you, including accessing scripts only when necessary to provide technical support at your request.

Exports and Backups

You may export your scripts at any time. Scripts deleted individually are removed immediately from active use. Upon account deletion or subscription cancellation, script data may remain in our systems until removed through our internal processes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@countrygirlproductions.com. We recommend exporting your work before cancelling.

Collaboration and Sharing

You may invite other users with active paid accounts to collaborate on your scripts. Collaboration is by invite only. Public sharing is not available. You are responsible for the access you grant to collaborators.

Prohibited Uses

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Script Editor.
• You may not scrape, clone, or systematically extract data from the Script Editor or Site.
• You may not use automated tools to access the service in any unauthorized manner.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses due to downtime.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Script Editor access is sold as an annual subscription processed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each renewal period. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products, template purchases, or software subscriptions (including Script Editor subscriptions). Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you believe there is a technical error with your purchase, contact us at support@countrygirlproductions.com.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site, its design, graphics, logos, and all content created by us (excluding user-generated scripts) are the exclusive property of 14637011 Canada Inc. o/a Country Girl Productions and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 14637011 Canada Inc. o/a Country Girl Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or its products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the products shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will also notify you by email.
