Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe (stripe.com). We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. We receive and store limited transaction data from Stripe (such as a customer ID, subscription status, and purchase history) for the purpose of fulfilling orders and managing your account. Script and Content Data

If you use the CGP Script Editor, the scripts, notes, cast information, beats, and other content you create (“Script Data”) are stored on our servers to provide the service. You own your Script Data. We access it only when strictly necessary to provide technical support, and only at your request. We do not use your Script Data for any other purpose, including marketing or AI training.

Purchase History

We store records of your template purchases and subscriptions to manage download access and account benefits.

Communications

If you contact us by email, we retain your messages to respond and to keep a record of your support history.

Cookies and Session Data

We use session cookies strictly necessary for authentication (managed by Clerk). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from logging in.

• Neon (PostgreSQL) - Secure cloud database hosting where your script and account data is stored.

5. Email Marketing

With your consent, we may send you newsletters, product announcements, and promotional offers. You can opt in at account creation or through your account settings. You may withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly.

6. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, data may remain in our systems until removed through our internal processes or upon a verified deletion request submitted to support@countrygirlproductions.com.
• Script data: Scripts you delete individually are removed immediately from active use. Upon account deletion or subscription cancellation, script data may remain in our systems until removed through our internal processes. You may submit a verified request for deletion at any time by contacting us at support@countrygirlproductions.com. We recommend exporting your scripts before cancelling.
• Purchase records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with Canadian tax and accounting obligations.

7. Your Rights

Under PIPEDA and applicable Canadian law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for non-essential uses (such as marketing emails)
• Request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to legal retention obligations

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls.
